The Chinese People’s Liberation Army is conducting a tender related to the creation of technology using magnetized plasma in artillery with the classic variant of firing with shells. Thanks to this competition, the military will be able to get the necessary calculations for the first tests of new weapons.
Today's artillery guns use gunpowder charges for firing, but the Chinese military plans to supplement the existing scheme with a progressive plasma formation system that will be located in a magnetic field. This will significantly increase the range of shots, as well as bring other important advantages.
