The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation argues that such a document cannot be falsified. They will record achievements in sports and science, advanced training courses and practical classes. Companies are interested in work experience, competence, achievements, hobbies, and not only in the level of a completed university. That is why documents in electronic form will be issued in the form of a portfolio.
Employers will have access to this digital document to quickly see all the information about the applicant that is of interest to him.Russia is very susceptible to the problem of fake documents, as statistics show. According to taxonomists, about one third of diplomas can already be falsified.
Europe and America have often not taken Russian students to falsify documents for a long time because of fake diplomas that have not been confirmed in practice. Therefore, in 2019, this innovation will already be tested in five Russian higher educational institutions. In 2020, another fifteen universities will test this system.
We emphasize that the Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science has already created a document authentication service (it is available on their website). However, not all Russian universities wanted to cooperate with the service, they provided information later than the deadline. To verify diplomas from these universities, you can send letters to Rosobrnadzor, but the answer will come from there only in a month.
